Frankie was found left out on the street to fend for himself when a nice neighbor reached out for help and got him into rescue. Frankie is a sweet boy and very quiet. He loves people and belly rubs and gets along with other dogs. He just tends to stay to himself. He is housetrained and up to date on everything
