Seems the fireworks scared this boy a bit and he showed up on our front porch on Independence Day! So that's how he got his name. He was a stray that found his way to the next door neighbors before our house simply looking for a home to be loved. He is an absolute LOVE BUG - a gentle giant! He didn't fuss when I checked his feet, his ears, his mouth and he took a bath (but the hose kind of scared him). He loves to sit in his kiddy pool to cool off.  Freedom just stands at the fence with a sad look when others bark at him wondering why they won't be friends. He sometimes ducks with fast movements and if we have anything in our hands. He has met an alpha male, an alpha female and Tiny Tot without a care in the world along with the neighbors puppies that he slept in the shed with. He sleeps inside at night as well as inside whenever we are home. This boy would make a great family addition!!! I am marking older considerate kids just because of his size and ok with farm animals because there are pigs next door.
